A battery life is typically 5 years, your's is about that now.

No sound at all no matter what media source I choose and no sound on a phone call using BT, no spoken nav directions. I just stopped for gas and don’t have time for a full shut down/reset.
It provide a very noisy bluetooth connection on my S-Type. I sent the Note-4 for check and repair, but the Samsung service seems to be quite impotent with it. I replaced the Note-4 with S6 edge, and it work perfect. Maybe someone else will be able to check on this.
7547 posts · Joined 2013. #10 · Aug 20, 2016. Check that the phone is in the vehicle memory, then delete all phones in the memory. Disconnect the vehicle battery, wait ten minutes, reconnect the battery, reset the windows etc. Pair up the phone to the vehicle and see if it then works ok.
