Can I suggest that you play origins first. Both origins and odyssey are always both on sale for good value and with season passes and both games had highly enjoyable beautiful looking dlcs. Assassin's creed for the most part all the way up to black flag were fairly similar to each other but always constantly improved in some way or another.
